There is potential 4 season use with some upgrades to the water system and additional insulation. The driveway to the subject property has never been cleared as the sellers do not use the property during the winter months. However Grist Mill Lane is plowed by other cottagers as far as the driveway to the cottage. Costs for winter maintenance are currently $300/year per property owner.
